How to do a Home FRUIT FACIAL ?

As we know already fresh fruits are rich in nutrition, Proteins, vitamins and rich in antioxidants, which are good for body and skin all these lie in their skin and pulp.Today I am going to show you how to make an effective fruit facial at home which can act as an excellent scrub and re-virtualizes skin….. Which would even save your time and money from salon….. Here we go :P

Things you need !!

  • Milk (If you need to feel even good use cold milk 8) )
  • Cotton ball
  • Dry Orange peel

  • Oatmeal
  • Honey
  • Strawberries
  • Lemon juice
  • Yogurt
  • Tomato
  • Papaya or Chiku
  • Cream
  • Banana
  • Cinnamon

First need to clean your Skin as below

Things you need Cold Milk, Cotton ball, Dry Orange peel (Powder), Oatmeal, honey & water.

Procedure to Clean the Skin

  • Dip and soak a Cotton Ball in cold milk and gently rub in circular motion on your face and neck, leave for 2 min and then wash with lukewarm water. This will help to remove dust from deep pores and gives an instant brightness to the skin.
  • Take some dry orange peel powder and add one spoon of oatmeal and add required quantity of water to make a paste. Massage gently over face and neck using your finger tips and wash off. This would act as a natural scrub.
  • Apply honey on your skin to moisturize your skin and also acts as a bleach but apply carefully avoidingeyebrows and hairline, massage for 2 min and leave it on skin 10 min and then wash it.
  • Steam your face over hot water to open up pores.

4 Different types of Fruit masks 

  • Cut a handful of strawberries and blend in a mixer into a smooth paste put it in a bowl, add 4 spoons of  lemon juice, 1/2 cup curds and store it in the refrigerator for 30minutes and apply this mixture on face and neck, leave for 30 min and wash it with cold water.
  • Blend one tomato and add few drops of a lemon juice refrigerator for 30 minutes andthen add one tbsp. of honey. Apply this on face and neck and leave to until its gets totally dry and then wash it with cold water.
  • Take half papaya with out seeds or chiku squeeze it well. add 2 tablespoons of milk cream, leaving eye area apply on face and neck and wash after 20 min.
  • Squeeze a rip banana along with a pinch of cinnamon powder add one spoon of honey and few drops of lemon drops. Apply equally on your face and neck and wash it after 30min.

I always use these fruit facials for myself and my customer as I do like to go for more  natural and more fresh products then that of a packed once…. ;)
