Below are the few effective homemade remedies that help to reduces excessive underarm sweating:-
1. Apple Cider Vinegar Remedy:-
Use apple cider vinegar daily on underarms before going to bath. Apply apple cider vinegar daily on underarms, leave for 30 min then take bath using mild soap and water. Best way to use apple cider vinegar is to apply it in night and leave it overnight then wash next morning.
2. Vinegar and Oil Remedy:-
Mix ½ cup of red vinegar and about 30 drops of an essential oil into a container with an airtight lid. Now shake it well and keep for a week with the cover on, allowing the essential oils soak into the vinegar. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds every day, keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and moisture. After one week the mixture is ready to use, pouring 3 tbsp. every time of bathing. You can use any type of vinegar, but red vinegar is good-looking in a cosmetic jar and has the same has cleansing properties as other types of vinegar.
3. Baking Soda and Lemon Remedy:-
Mix little baking soda and lemon juice, now soak the wool or cotton pad in the mixture for some time. And now rub the underarms with wool pads soaked in a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Leave it to dry then wash it using mild soap and plain water.
4. Baking soda and Water Remedy:-
Prepare a thick paste using baking soda and water. Apply the paste on underarms and leave for 25-30 min then wash it using cold water. You can use this remedy weekly 3-4 times and there are chances of the skin becoming dry for first few uses.
5. Lemon juice Remedy:-
You can rub lemon slice directly on underarms or can apply lemon juice on underarms and leave for few min then wash it using cold water. Moreover rubbing lemon slice is one of the simple and best ways to get rid of darker underarms. This remedy also helps to reduce excessive sweating in very effective way.
6. Corn-starch Remedy:-
Instead of using talcum powder on the underarms, you can just dab some corn starch powder on underarms. It helps to absorb the excess moisture and stop sweat odor. Make sure that you do not wear dark clothes with it as the powder will be clearly visible on the fabric.
