Vegetables Face Packs for Glowing Skin:
These below vegetable face mask gives, glowing, smooth, clear and healthy skin.
1. Garlic is rich in vitamins A, C and E that guard the skin from sun UV rays and free radicals. Take a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp. of corn flour, ½ tbsp. of sandalwood powder, few drops of lemon juice and little garlic paste. Mix well and then add a few drops of cold milk to make paste. Apply the pack on your face and leave it for 10 mins. Then gently wash your face using cold water.
2. Take 1 tsp. of radish juice,1 tsp. of carrot juice,1 egg white and 1 tbsp. of wheat flour mix all the ingredient well and clean your face then apply on your face leave for 15 min then wash with Luke warm water. Repeat this once in a week if your skin is not too much oily.
3. Take about 2-3 tbsp. of cucumber juice, 2 -3 tsp. of tomato juice and add a tsp. of oatmeal. Let it get set for some time so that the oats get temper up. Now just mix all the ingredients and make a fine paste. Apply the pack on the face and neck, leave for 15-20 mins then wash off the using normal This pack will make the oily skin, free of the surplus oils and deeply purifies the skin pores. This cucumber face pack will also help to get rid of sun tan when used regularly. Use this pack at least 3 times a week.
4. This vegetable pack is great for those who have dry skin problems. Smash the potato nicely and gently massage your face with it for some time then leave it for 2 min then wash your face. Alternative way of using the potato pack is to grate the potato and mix it with little cold milk. Apply on your face and leave on for 10 mins and then wash off using cold water.
5. One of the very effective and easy face packs is tomato pack. Take ripe tomato cut into 4 pieces and just squeeze a little so that water should come out and then just put those pieces in mixer and grind a little make sure the paste should not be to liquid just it be smooth thick paste. Apply this paste on cleansed face then leave for 20 min and then wash with cold water.
6. I call it as best cooling face pack for summers. This is a revitalizing face mask which enhances the skin tone. Take 1 or 2 full slices of cucumber with skin and add few mint leaves and make a thick paste out of it. Now add few drops of milk to this paste then mix it properly. Apply this pack on the face and neck with the help of cotton and leave for 20 mins then wash off with cold water and get toned and bright skin. You can use this pack daily in summers.
7. This is best Anti-Aging vegetable face pack. Take 2 tbsp. of yogurt, ½ tbsp. of honey and lemon juice, grated cucumber and about 3 capsules of Vitamin E. First mix yogurt, honey and lemon then add grated cucumber and 3 capsules of Vitamin E to this mixture. Now mix all the ingredients properly then apply on face and neck for 15 mins and wash off using warm water.
