Best and Safe Skincare Products During Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a sensational time for every women, but it also comes with many health-related challenges for both the baby and the mom-to-be. Worries include everything from what to eat and what not to eat, what medicines you can take or not, and what to do or not to do about the changes the body is going through. Pregnant women also wonder about which skin-care products or hair care products are safe and good to use and which ones are not safe that’s what makes the pregnant women more concern while choosing the products for daily use.

Because there is nothing like pregnancy to make you suddenly start trying to translate labels on the beauty products. But when you are beyond tired and your skin is changing out daily in a crazy and new ways, figuring out what’s safe and effective can be irresistible. Here’s a simple place to start. Below are the some skin care products which are my favourites and safe to use during pregnancy and any-time. Not only they give lovely results but they are free from any unreliable ingredients that might keep you up at night. As some ingredients, both from prescription drugs and from some skin-care products are immersed into the body when applied on skin, you need to know what’s safe to use during pregnancy and what to avoid.

Although it is always very important to check with your own physician, as a general rule, most skin care products such as cleansers, toners, moisturisers, eye creams, night cream, scrubs, some make up products and lip balms that do not contain over the counter ingredients measured by the FDA are fine for use during the pregnancy.

Note: The very first and important step to do before using any skin care product during pregnancy is to do a patch test.

Patch test first: Since the body will go through quick and passionate changes in these nine months, allergies and sensitivities might arise that didn’t happen previously. So, the general rule for using beauty products is to do a patch test first. There are many options out there in the market that are safe and natural.

Usually after scrubber ex-foliates your skin, removes dead cells, and so applying it after rubbing your skin is the best. Apply on your knees and elbows and on dry skin areas of your body. Do not wash it all away, just slip the shower tube over the areas you applied once and you’re good to go. After the shower, just tap your skin with the towel, that way most of the oil gets absorbed into your skin leaving it baby smooth.
