Makeup is the one thing that all girls and women love to spend lot of time to look gorgeous and stunning. It may be a daily makeup, office makeup, wedding makeup or party makeup etc… but sometime we girls are so busy and get very less time to get ready and do makeup. Today’s article is for those who have very less to do makeup. We all have mornings where we’re short for time yet still need to look presentable. After my baby born I have practiced to get ready fast and do my makeup in just few mins, today I thought to share my foolproof 5-mins makeup routine to save your time on those busy mornings. Read on to see how you too can achieve a flawlessly put together look in no time at all, just by following few easy steps and using very few makeup products.

Easy Steps To Do Your Makeup in Just 5 Minutes:

Tips before applying makeup:

1. Always cleanse or wash your face before putting any makeup on your skin.

2. Applying moisturizer is very important to get a perfect and neat makeup look.

3. Always use lip balm before applying lipstick.

4. Tie your hairs up as they may disturb you while applying makeup.

1. Start with Foundation and Concealer:

The very first step is to apply Foundation; I opt for lighter but even-looking coverage when it comes to foundation. It’s important that your skin should look healthy, even glow without going over the top. Use your fingers to apply foundation for a quicker, more blend able coverage. Once you are done with foundation, start applying Concealer. Apply to cover any noticeable redness or dark circles under eyes, puffiness or uneven skin tone, but make sure to do the bare minimum. Remember, we’re trying to save as much time as possible.

2. Fix Your Coverage using Powder:

This is very quick step if you use loose powder; just dust some powder on your face using big fluffy powder brush. This helps to fix your coverage and keep your makeup for long time.  Use very less powder if you have dry skin. Using powder also helps to keep your skin from getting oily or shiny if you have oily skin.

3. Blush Time:

Don’t forget to leave the house with a pretty, natural flush. I like to lightly contour my cheeks by applying Bronzing Powder in Gold Dust. It doesn’t matter you use powder blush or cream blush, just jab some onto your cheeks and blend it quickly. I hardly contour my entire face so just a touch of bronzing powder does the trick. Using blush helps to look fresh and restores color in your cheeks and gives healthy glow.

4. Eye Makeup:

I use only 2 products on my eyes on a regular basis whether I’m trying to save time or not! First I start by shaping my eye brows. I pencil in my eyebrows representing the natural direction of the hair and use the bobbin on the other end to blend it all out.

Then, I apply waterproof eyeliner or sometimes I just apply pencil liner. This liner dries up quickly, doesn’t easily smudge, and the thin tip makes the perfect wing. With enough practice, you can apply perfect winged eyeliner in less than a minute. Once I’m done with eyeliner, I apply a coat of Mascara, just close your eye for 5 seconds then done with an eye makeup.

5. Swipe on a Lipstick Shade:

This step is my favorite one because this is last but not the least step, and it is very quick to complete the makeup. Just apply tinted lip balm or a lip care then you can apply your favorite shade. If you apply tinted lip balm then you can just do touch-ups throughout the day without seeing mirror.

If you have few more mins then use it for touch –ups like drawing lip liner or applying eye shadows etc…
