Skin polish not only helps to improve your complexion it also helps a lot to rejuvenate your skin by removing dead skin cells and cleaning your skin deep inside.
Doing so makes the skin look smoother. When your skin is smoother, it looks glowing and shining. Smoother surface reproduces the light better than the skin surface that is uneven. Skin polishing can be done with the facial scrubs, skin exfoliator or homemade skin polishing scrubs. For skin polishing you no need to visit expensive salons and spend time because you can polish your skin at home easily by using these below given skin polishing recipes. 1. Take 1 sachet of instant coffee powder, Honey and few drops of Lemon juice. Take a small sachet of coffee powder and pour a little coffee powder in a clean bowl. Now add 1-2 tbsp. of raw honey and 1 tbsp. lemon juice to the coffee powder. Then mix the ingredients well and form a thick consistency.
Now apply this scrub over the face and neck evenly and leave for 15-20 mins and then rinse off using plain water. This face mask polishes the skin with the best ingredients together and helps in rejuvenating a skin as a whole. Use this mask twice a week.
2. Take 1 tsp. of sugar or brown sugar and then add the equal amount of the honey in it. Mix both the ingredients really well. Better you should use medium sized sugar crystals as it will get mixed easily with honey.
3. This scrub is one of the best scrubs for skin polishing. Take out aloe Vera gel and mix it with baking powder. Mix them well until the powder gets perfectly mixed with gel. This helps to get rid dark skin as well.
If you use for body then use Pumice stone for harder dark skin areas like elbow, knees, etc. leave it for 10 min then gently massage your skin with wet fingers then wash it using plain water and wipe it off with a clean towel. Apply moisturizer later.
5. Skin polishing using oils . Just take 2 cups of coconut oil, ½ cup of almond oil, about 10 drops of lavender oil, and 1 cup of cornmeal and you can also use your favorite oils. These all have natural assets to give a beautiful smoother skin. Warm coconut oil. Take almond oil and cornmeal together and blend them in a mixer properly. Make sure that it is absolutely blended and doesn’t have blotches.
Now add lavender oil into blended mixture. Then mix these oils well. Add coconut oil to the mixture and mix them neatly. Now leave the mixture to set for an hour as it becomes a bit thicker. Use this mixture after 1 hour for skin massage. Use this mixture twice a week for fresh, fair, glowing and smooth skin. This treatment is best suited for dry skin type.
