OATS RECIPE FOR HAIRS AND FACE

Hi everyone,

Surprised that how oatmeal can add beauty and health for your hairs and face. Yes, it’s true oats is not only a healthy and tasty breakfast. It is one of the great homemade recipe for face & hairs, it makes your skin smooth, baby soft, reduces pimple marks and gives fairer skin, and it helps to promote hair growth and   it makes your hairs healthier.

Want to know how oatmeal do all these magic’s. Following are the oatmeal recipe’s for face and hairs:-

 

For face:-

  • Take 1 & ½ tsp of thick yogurt (curds), 1 tsp of pure honey, 1 tbsp of Quaker oats and ½ tsp lemon juice (optional). First bit the curds and make smooth then add all the ingredients. Then apply on your face let it get dry leave for 15 to 20 min then wash your face with warm water rubbing gently in circular motions. Then pat it dry.
  • Take 3 tbsp of oat flour, 2 tbsp warm water, 2 tbsp rice flour and 1 tsp glycerin (optional). Mix all the ingredients then apply on your face & neck leave for few mins then wash your face & neck using normal water.
  • Mix 2 tsp of oatmeal flour and 2 tsp of olive oil then apply on your face & neck leave for 3 min then gently rub on your face for few min then wash your face & neck. This mixture acts as mild face scrub.

For hairs:-

  • Take half cup of oats, 1-2 tbsp of almond oil and ¼ cup of milk. Mix all the ingredient then apply the hair mask on hairs from root to tip leave for 15 to 20 min then wash your hairs using warm water and using shampoo. 
  • Take 1 cup of oatmeal, add about ½ or ¼ cup of warm water and a tbsp of olive oil. Mix the entire ingredient then gently massage on your scalp then leave this mask for 10 to 15 min then wash your hairs using shampoo. 
  • Take 1 tsp of ground oats, and then add a required amount of water and then mix. The oats should absorb all the water quickly giving milky look. And then add 2 tsp of curds. Apply this mask on your hairs leave for 20 min then wash your hairs using shampoo.
