Steps for acne skin facial:-

 Step 1: Cleanser

The first step is to prepare the canvas for the facial, cleanse your skin thoroughly then creates the lotion. Pour the baking soda (not baking powder) and a few drops of water into a bowl. Make sure that you get a paste and not a liquid, be careful with the proportions. Then simply apply it to your face in a thicker layer.

Leave it on for at least 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water. You’ll immediately notice that your skin is smoother and more refreshed than before. You can either use it only for the problematic areas, however if you decide to cover your face with it completely it won’t do any harm either. This will help our complexion get rid of dirt and the oil excess that can often lead to the appearance of acne.

Step 2: Steaming

If you have steamer at home very well you can use it. If you don’t have steamer then you just need to take medium size vessel pour water in it and place led on the vessel make sure it is fully covered and boil until it starts boiling and starts releasing steam. Now take the out vessel from gas and put towel on your head and open the led, now you can take steam. Take steam for 5 to 7 min not more than that. Off the fan while you are taking steam. Once you finish steaming wipe your face with cotton roll.

Step 3: Scrubbing

Scrubbing can help exfoliate the skin and get rid of the dirt, bacteria, and oil clogged on the pores. In making the   facial scrub, you just simply have to mix uncooked oatmeal with 1 tsp of honey and small amount of warm water. Just make the oatmeal a bit damp, and not soaked. Then you just have to put on the oatmeal over your face and scrub it using a soft washcloth. Do the scrubbing as gently as possible to prevent irritation. Wash your face with clean lukewarm water after the procedure.

Step 4: Massaging cream

Soak 3 to 4 cashew in water over night. Grate 1/2 cucumber and take out the water, mash ½ banana, now grind soaked cashew, cucumber and banana into smooth paste. Now add 1 tsp of honey, a pinch of turmeric, mix the entire ingredient and apply on your face and gently massage for 10 to 12 min then wipe using cotton ball. Now mask time.

Step 5: Masks

I will share 2 types of masks for acne skin both is effective you can try any one of themJ

Salt mask

There’s no easier recipe to treat your acnes than the following mask. All you need is 5 tbs of salt either cooking or sea, and a medium bowl filled with a few tbs of water. Create a paste of these two simple ingredients. Leave the salt to have its effect for at least 20 minutes in the water. The next step is to cover the acne spots with the mixture and leave it on for 10-30 minutes.

This is the ideal time for an efficient treatment. The salt is mainly used as a natural cleanser, since it will dry the      acne spot and at the same time eliminate the toxins from the pores. Swimming in salty water, as that of a sea can be even more soothing, since you’ll have a more natural acne treatment.

Yogurt Mask
The preparation of the popular yogurt mask won’t require any special skills or precious minutes. To increase the effect we’ll add another ingredient to the treatment that will further improve the condition of the affected skin.

Honey will have the same beneficial effect on our complexion as yogurt.

First of all, it is recommended to pour a teaspoon of honey into a bowl. Then warm it up a bit, until it melted enough to be smoothly mixed with natural yogurt of medium fat. Stir the mixture for a few minutes, and then apply it to the acne spots or scars. Leave it on for about 10-20 minutes, and then rinse it off with a soft tissue. Repeat the treatment more times a week to achieve the desired effect.
